With nearly 15 years of hands-on experience, I've dedicated my career to working closely with children facing social, emotional, mental health and attachment difficulties. My expertise lies in providing comprehensive support tailored to each child's unique needs, particularly those struggling with challenging behaviors. I have a proven track record of collaborating with parents to implement effective strategies for managing these behaviors at home, fostering a supportive environment for both children and families.

 

Throughout my career, I've played a pivotal role in establishing and managing nurture provisions within special and mainstream primary educational settings, ensuring that children receive the nurturing support they require to thrive. Additionally, I've conducted training sessions for school leaders and teaching staff across the county of Rutland, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage children with attachment difficulties and challenging behaviours.

 

Building strong and trusting relationships with both parents and children is at the core of my approach. By understanding their individual needs and challenges, I'm able to tailor interventions and strategies that promote positive outcomes and overall family well-being.
